The business analysis structure

As I wrote in my last post, there are a lot of different tasks and activities that make up the business analysis world .

But I want to focus on the Business analysis key concepts, underlying competencies, techniques, and perspectives.

1. Business Analysis Key Concepts: these are a glossary of content, concepts and ideas within the BABOK guide.

2. Underlying Competencies: These describe the actions, characteristics, knowledge, and qualities that ensure the successful practice of business analysis.

3. Techniques: These are the different methods in which the business analysis tasks are performed.

4. Perspectives: This describe aspects of business analysis, which helps business analysts perform their tasks.
