Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Improvement

• Analyze existing construction business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.

• Develop workflows, business models, and process maps to enhance operational efficiency.

• Implement and optimize digital tools and software solutions for construction management.

Project Planning & Cost Control

• Assist in project budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures.

• Work with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to improve project cost estimations and tracking.

• Support procurement and supply chain teams in vendor analysis and contract negotiations.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect and analyze data related to construction projects, costs, timelines, and productivity.

• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and risks.

• Use data-driven approaches to support decision-making at all levels.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with executives, project managers, and field teams to understand business requirements.

Technology & Systems Optimization

• Support the implementation of ERP systems, construction management software, and digital tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry.

• Experience with construction project management, procurement, or financial analysis is a plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.).

• Familiarity with construction ERP systems (e.g., Procore, Oracle Primavera, SAP, or Dynamics 365).

• Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis in construction projects.

Preferred Certifications:
