So the project manager is responsible for using their skills and techniques to ensure the project’s success.

A project manager has to be able to adapt to change, work well under pressure and see the “big picture”.

They have to be able to manage people and develop trust and communication with the project’s stakeholders in order to ensure the project’s success.
