Hi, my name is Stella and I am a Senior IT specialist.
But who is a Senior IT Specialist?
A Senior IT Specialist is an experienced technology professional responsible for managing and supporting an organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.
So how did I get into this profession ?
Well, I have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a master’s degree in Business Administration and numerous IT certifications including a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Business Process Master (BPM) and ITIL.
But like most people I know, I stumbled into the world of business analysis and as the years have passed my knowledge of business analysis and project management has grown.
I would love to say that I am an extremely knowledgeable IT specialist but as with most things in life, I keep on learning new things everyday.
