A Senior Salesforce Architect is a technical leader responsible for designing, governing, and overseeing scalable Salesforce solutions aligning with business strategy while ensuring best practices across data, security, and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Design data models, integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Mulesoft, Platform Events, External Services).
- Establish governance and coding standards for declarative and programmatic development.
- Evaluate and guide Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex implementations.
- Manage integration with external systems (ERP, Azure/AWS, legacy systems).
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable architecture.
- Mentor developers, admins, and junior architects.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical:
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.
- Integration expertise (Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools).
